Welcome to Exceptional Needs Network Reins in Motion.

ENN  Reins in Motion offers individualized riding and driving lessons, horse management, and instructor training.   The program is operated by ENN co-founder Peggy James at Rancho Cerro 9300 Tesla Rd. In Livermore, CA.  Peggy is a PATH International Certified Instructor.

Connecting Horses Hearts with Individuals who are in need of healing for everyday living. By focusing on abilities rather than limitations, Reins In Motion challenges individuals physically, academically, socially and emotionally.

2011 Santa Project
We would like to thank Santa’s Charities for supporting us through their 2011 Santa Project.   They have raised over $26,000 for the riding program which will allow us to purchase a truck and trailer for the program as well as helmets, scholarship money and other needed equipment for our new tack room and office.
